Providing annual grants to Salem4Youth, a faith-based residential setting for young men who need encouragement and hope.

Originally established in 2022, Salem4Youth and the Morton Community Foundation established a new endowment agreement in2026 that provides a permanent source of support for the young men and families served by the ministry.

Salem4Youth is a Christian boarding school located in Flanagan, Illinois, serving young men ages 13–16 and their families. Through a unique combination of relational evangelism, biblical counseling, academics, and vocational training. The program is built upon three core values: Intercessory Prayer, Relational Evangelism, and the Sufficiency of Scripture. These values guide every aspect of ministry and encourage students to develop character, faith, and practical life skills that prepare them for the future.

Vision - Transformed lives and families through Relational Evangelism and Biblical Counseling.

Mission -To engage young men 13–16 years old, and their families with the transforming hope of the Gospel to encourage and equip them for Biblical Reconciliation.

This fund will be used to support the young men and families served by Salem4Youth, helping provide the resources, counseling, education, and discipleship needed to encourage biblical reconciliation and lasting life change.

Salem4youth Ranch is a 501c3 non-profit located at 15161 N. 400 East Rd., Flanagan, IL 61740. To learn more about the ministry you can log onto Salem’s website at www.salem4youth.com. Salem4youth also has an active Facebook page, which is “salem4youth.”
