Help us fund annual scholarships to students at OSF College of Nursing

This fund was started September of 2017 by Susan D Tolly in memory of her late husband, Chuck Tolly.. The primary purpose of the Fund shall be to make an annual scholarship grant from the fund in memory of Chuck to a qualified student who is interested in pursuing a career in critical care nursing from the OSF Saint Francis College of Nursing.

The Tolly family established this scholarship at the Morton Community Foundation, in loving memory to Chuck. Chuck was hospitalized for four months battling cancer. He spent the majority of that time in critical care units. The family was very grateful for the consistently excellent and compassionate nursing care her received. It truly made a difference to all of us! This scholarship was established to enable nursing students to pursue a critical care nursing career.
